How to extend the validity period?

You can renew your package for free.

For example, if your box expires on 31/12/NN, you can renew it from 31/10/NN.

A renewal voucher will then be generated, which you can use to order a new box - on our wonderbox-connect.com website. This renewal voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

The renewal is not possible if :
- The expiry date of your box has passed;
- Your gift box has already been booked/used by one of our partners.
- The partnership between the establishment or service provider in your gift box is no longer in force.

However, you can choose another experience from our selection available online.
