You can extend your gift box for free throughout the entire validity period, and as many times as you wish :
During the validity period and up to two months before the expiration date, you must contact customer service by email at serviceclient@wonderbox-connect.com or via our website wonderbox-connect.com, under the "Help" section.
Two months before the expiration date of the gift box, you need to log into your account on our website and click the "Extend" button. An extension voucher will then be generated, allowing you to order a new gift box – on our website wonderbox-connect.com.
Extension is not possible if:
The expiration date of your gift box has passed;
Your gift box has already been reserved/used with one of our partners;
The partnership between the establishment or service provider included in your gift box is no longer valid.
However, you will be able to choose another experience from our online available selection.
